SimplySmartLiving accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards for online orders.
We also accept PayPal as a form of payment. PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely send online payments using a credit card, a debit card or a bank account. If you would like to pay for an order using PayPal, simply choose "PayPal" as your payment option during checkout and our system will walk you through the process.

Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. We are happy to accept returns or exchanges for any unused item within 30 days of the shipping date**. Upon receipt of your return or exchange, we will promptly refund the merchandise purchase price to your credit card for returns, or send a replacement item for exchanges. Simply fill out the return form provided with your order and return to the address below.

Please re-pack the item(s) in the original shipping carton, insure the package for the full value, and retain your shipping and insurance receipts. If a return does not arrive in our warehouse, we must have proof of delivery (a UPS tracking number or post office proof of delivery) in order to credit your account. If you have any questions, please call us toll-free at 1-866-323-9654 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. CST.
**Used or mistreated products are not subject to return unless there is a defect. Please call us if you feel an item is defective prior to return.
Restock Fees and Non-Returnable Items :
Damaged Shipments or Shipping Mistakes
- Returns of Orders that Shipped Free: Actual shipping charges will be deducted from the merchandise refund.
Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused, the return shipping charges will be deducted from the merchandise refund.
10% restocking fee for returns of bulk discount orders over $500
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect in any way, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacemement. Please Repack the items in the original shipping box. We will arrange the return and/or replacement of mis-shipped or damaged items right away!

Our plastic tableware products offer improved ease-of-use and care as durable alternatives to breakable glass and ceramic products under normal household use. All cookware, kitchenware and softgoods products include use, care and cleaning information with packaging. SimplySmartLiving's products are not designed to be mistreated or used as toys, and always use adult supervision if children are assisting in the kitchen!
SimplySmartLiving's liability is limited to exchanging, replacing, or refunding the cost of any products which do not meet customer satisfaction. SimplySmartLiving is a retailer, not a product manufacturer, and does not offer any individual product warranty or guarantee. Manufacturer warranties are included with items sold.
