OK, it's called a PB&J spreader for the obvious reason. It certainly is perfect for making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches without mixing ingredients in the jars or ripping bread. And kids are sure to step up in the kitchen with this handy tool.
But... we think it has many uses beyond it's color-coded intention. It is great for scooping and spreading cream cheese, butter, icing and for scraping bowls, too. So, this handy little scraper / spreader / spatula will probably see a lot more action than just the inside of the jelly jar in a busy kitchen.
