Imprinting Charges
Imprint charges are per piece, per side, and do not include the cost of the glass. You'll find bulk discount prices conveniently listed on item pages for all products in our tableware collection.
1-Color Imprinting:
Artwork & Setup Fee: $100
Drinkware Imprint: $0.65/per piece (per side if imprinting on 2 sides)
Multi-Color Imprinting:

Artwork and Imprint Size
For best results, please send hi-res jpg or tiff files of your artwork.
Since we imprint a wide variety of items, we do not have a standard imprint area size. Please send your art with the name/product number of the item(s) you'd like to imprint, we'll respond with the size expectations.
Imprint Proofs and Samples
We provide an email proof showing size and placement of your logo on the item free of charge. Turn around on email samples is 1-2 business days.
We are happy to provide imprinted samples upon request. The $50 set-up fee (for 1-Color imprints), plus the cost of the item will be charged for samples, and these costs will be deduced from the final order. Turn around on imprint samples is 7-10 business days, plus shipping time, schedule permitting.
Turn-Around Time for Imprint Orders
1-Color imprint orders typically ship within 3-6 weeks. Larger orders may require longer lead times. Multicolor imprinting turn around is 4-6 weeks.
Returns on Imprint Orders
Imprinted orders are not returnable. Please make certain our products meet your needs by requesting samples prior to placing an imprint order.
